How do transaction fees work?
All plans include full parts and labor coverage for major A/C components - air handler, condenser, thermostat, and zone control parts.
Is prevenative maintenance really included for free?
Yes! Every plan comes with a complimentary system checkup when you enroll, including refrigerant pressure testing, electrical checks, and drain clearing. If you provide an air filter, we'll also swap it out for you.
Is refrigerant included in your warranty?
No, there is a $25/lb out-of-pocket cost for all plans and all refrigerant types.
My home has 2 A/C systems - are both covered?
Our warranty plans are billed by the system. If your home has 2 A/C systems, you will need to purchase 2 warranty plans. At checkout, make sure you indicate you have the correct number of systems if you wish to cover them all.
Does the service fee apply every time I need a repair?
Yes, unless you're on the Elite Plus plan, which includes a $0 service fee for covered repairs (with a small exception if no issue is found, and your home is operating under a 15 degree temperature split.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
It depends on your budget and risk tolerance. Our starter plan offers the lowest monthly cost, while Elite Plus gives you full coverage with no service call fee.
How do I cancel my warranty plan?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. All cancellations must be made by phone for verification and security purposes.
